Philippe Starck's intention with the Gun Lamp from Flos was to create objects which remind us that our state of well being is the result of somebody else dying.

This Gun Table Lamp is based on the design of a Kalashnikov AK47 and has a body made of die cast aluminium.

The base of the Gun Table Lamp is available in either an 18K gold plated finish or a galvanised chrome. The diffuser or shade is matt black plasticized paper with a silk screen gold printer inner.

A Gun Bedside Lamp and Gun Floor Lamp are also available in the range.
