His research inspired him to explore traditional Chinese applied arts and develop his own contemporary interpretation of them which became known as the Orientales range.
Ideal for all sushi lovers the Birds & Clouds Sushi Set includes a washable Birds & Clouds mat, melamine chopsticks and two fine bone china cloud plates - one large for sushi and a small dish for soy sauce. There's also a cloud chopstick rest.
