This Condiment Set from Alessi is made up of a salt and pepper castor (the two trees) and a toothpick holder/dispenser (the porcupine), all of which sit on a little grass coloured stand with the aid of their magnetic bases.

Collectively this little set has been christened 'Forest Gump' and is another addition to Stefano Giovannoni's Orientales range, designed as part of an ongoing collaboration with the National Palace Museum in Taiwan.

His research inspired him to explore traditional Chinese applied arts and develop his own contemporary interpretation of them.

Forest Gump gives an amusing and playful addition to any tabletop and is loved by adults and children alike.

Made from thermoplastic resin and hand decorated Forest Gump is part the A Di Alessi collection.
