An Alessi design by Alessandro Mendini and Annalisa Margarini this clock has a wafer thin gold clock face coated with a shiny surface. The hands are black and it has a smooth flowing second hand set inside a dome fronted clear acrylic case. This gives the effect that the face is 'floating'.
