This is the luscious red verion of the round baskets featuring Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini's 'Girotondo' pattern.

This design duo - collectively known as 'King-Kong' - created this instantly recogniseable pattern which has featured on many Alessi products in the early 1990's.
