The Form Chair is a low, wide seat designed by Piero Lissoni for Kartell and is ideal for both home and business use, such as waiting rooms or receptions. The wide and comfortable seat is formed by a sheet of semi-structural polyurethane on a light chromed steel structure, and is capable of forming a long bench when placed side by side.

Form comes in three colours : white, orange and anthracite.
