The EamesWire Chair from Vitra is a variation on the organically shaped one piece seat shell, but with its technical chromed wire construction this version gives the chair a light transparency.

This is the DKR version with its Eiffel Tower leg base as opposed to the other design, the DKX which has a conventional four leg base.

The DKR is available with or without upholstery, with a single seat cushion or a full seat and backrest cushion in either Hopsak or leather. Because of its shape, this two piece upholstery is sometimes referred to as a 'bikini chair'!
