VITRA 1986 Well Tempered Chair Scale Model
Scale model of the Well Tempered Chair by Ron Arad, designed in 1986. In posessing structural integrity and narrative content the Well Tempered Chair conveys Arad's interest in line and movement. He effects movement either physically, through the springing and/or rocking of his chairs or through a compelling shift of visual attention across the highly graphic lines of his designs.
As part of the Vitra Design Museum collection these miniature editions of classic chairs all form part of modern furniture design history.
