Meridiani displays the simple idea of exquisite style that is designed and made completely in Italy. The collections aim to be timeless and yet current at the same time through the use of elegant styles combined with new technological advances in materials, and collaborations with some of the most renown designers of the decade.
Laura Ferraro Crosti, wife of Renato Crosti, owner of Meridiani, assessed a need in the furniture market for a company that was both contemporary and classic. The individual pieces in each collection can be displayed next to ethnic artifacts and antiques without looking out of place, the pieces suit someone with an appreciation for fine materials and exceptional taste.
In 1996 the first collection was launched with the help of Laura and Andrea Parisio, a young designer and art director of the brand. Now Valeria, daughter of Laura and Renato, has taken over and works alongside other distinguished designers. Meridiani specialises in its rich textile collection and is already a recognized brand in its own league.
