Jasper Morrison
JASPER MORRISON was born in London in 1959 and studied design at Kingston Polytechnic, The Royal College of Art (London) and HDK in Berlin. In 1986 he set up his Office for Design in London and designed for many companies including Alessi, Flos, Alias, Cappellini, Colombo Design, FSB, Magis, Rosenthal, SCP, Sony and Vitra. He has received numerous design plaudits and his work is featured in the permanent collections of several museums, including the New York MOMA (the ‘Lima’ chair by Cappellini and ‘Bottle’ bottlerack) since 1996.
