Utility is a small but fast-growing independent retailer. At present we have 4 stores and a very successful transactional website. Retail Team Members - Various Locations

We are currently looking to recruit talented team members to ensure our continued success as we expand our company.
Are you well presented, happy and enthusiastic?

Office Administrator

Location : Head Office – Speke, Liverpool

We are currently looking to recruit a well organised, efficient Office Administrator to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will have experience in a busy office environment and be punctual and reliable. A good working knowledge of Sage is essential as the job will involve processing invoices, bank reconciliation, posting to ledger and aiding in the completion of VAT returns. In addition the job will also involve record keeping, telephone answering, and general office duties. Punctuality, reliability, good communication and impeccable organisational skills are a must.
Salary – is based on experience
Hours – Up to 3 days per week, flexible working hours can be accommodated.
