ILSE CRAWFORD

Ilse Crawford is a designer who works across a whole spectrum of creative fields. She first made her name in 1989, when she was responsible for the introduction of the highly successful British magazine, Elle Decoration. She then went on to work as an interior designer for Karen Millen before setting up her own company, Studio Ilse. In 2009 the designer began a collaboration with leading manufacturer of modern wooden furniture, De La Espada to produce a range of benches that aim to combine style with functionality.
