MARC SADLER
Born in Austria with a French citizenship, Marc Sadler has traveled widely throughout his career, living and working in Europe, North America and Asia. Through his travels he has adapted an eclectic style that embraces a multitude of different cultures. The Tress table lamp he produced for Foscarini in particular has a clear Asian inspiration, this is reflected through his use of organic shape and woven textures. He also has work exhibited in permanent collections worldwide, including the lamp Mite he produced for Foscarini that is a permanent feature in the design collection of the Beaubourg in Paris.
