InformationIntroduced in 1950, Eero Saarinen's versatile Conference Chair is one of the Finnish designer's most enduring models, meeting his characteristically high standards with rule-challenging forms. Still manufactured by Knollthis groundbreaking chair transformed the notion of what executive seating could be with its sculptural form and modern finishing.
With chrome legs it takes on a more corporate shape than with wooden legs, yet it's still more domestic that its swivel base brother. You can choose between chrome legs or a selection of wooden legs.
The Conference Armchair is available in a broad spectrum of colours from various Kvadrat fabrics which are all suitable for both contract and domestic use.
Fabric Description :
Divina - 100% new wool with a soft, felt-like texture. Beautiful, comfortable to sit on and extremely durable.
Hallingdal - 70% new wool & 30% viscose, with great durability. The range consists of either a one-colour or two-colour mix creating a wide selection.
Tonus - 90% new wool & 10% Helanca, with great durability and stretchability. The tight weave provides a subtle texture, giving the fabric softness and a very rich colour palette.
Divina Melange - 100% new wool with a subtle two tone appearance. Soft, tactile and very practical.
