The Ant Chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen was designed in 1952, a predecessor to the Series 7 Chair. Radical when first launched this was a whole new approach to chair design. Still manufactured this three leg version represents the true heart of the original design, which was later adapted to a four leg design to appeal to those who thought it a step too far!
The slender shell is made up of 9 layers of beech veneer. Its shape also allows the Ant Chair to flex to the body's contours, making it an extremely comfortable chair.
Suitable for just about any application the Ant Chair/strong> comes in a range of 9 colours and 9 natural wood finishes.
