The Lady Armchair is a 1951 classic designed by Marco Zanuso and first presented at the 9th Triennale of Milan - where it won a gold medal. At that time it was the product of a major technical innovation - combining rubber and springs - thus turning the traditional way of making upholstery on its head. Now back in production and manufactured in Italy by Cassina the Lady Chair's timeless silhouette ensures it remains just as celebrated and popular today. Upholstered in several fabric grades as well as leathers it comes mounted on a choice of brass, chrome or basalt coloured legs.
