Full Time Position: Website Content Administrator, Liverpool

We're currently looking to recruit a Website Content Administrator to join our head office team. You will be responsible for helping ensure brand consistency is displayed throughout the website in terms of copywriting, digital content and imagery.

Uploading / Editing product listings on the Utility website using :
                > Excellent copywriting.
                > Basic image editing.
                > Basic understanding of HTML.
Maintaining accuracy of all online content.
Maintaining brand consistency across all media channels through use of digital content.
Liaising with web team and in-store staff to continually improve web content.

Sourcing / Designing content for social media channels.
Copywriting for the Utility Blog.

Ability to write correctly in terms of grammar, punctuation and concisely and in the brand tone of voice.
The ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
Accurate data entry skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail by proof-reading all copy supplied for online use.
Strong IT Skills.
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
Confident communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.

Basic understanding of HTML.
Retail experience.
Experience in using CMS (Specifically the Magento platform).

Full Time Position: Retail Sales Assistant, Liverpool

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Retail Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will provide a genuinely warm welcome to every customer and exceed their expectations at all times. This position requires someone with a particular passion for design led furniture and the ability to build a rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of furniture, lighting and home accessories. They will also demonstrate excellent team work and effective communication skills and have the ability to work well using their own initiative. The successful applicant will be well presented at all times and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
