Position: Full Time Retail Sales Assistant Manager, Home Store, Bold Street, Liverpool.
We are currently looking to recruit a Retail Assistant Manager for our Home Store in Liverpool. The successful candidate will ideally have had a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar fast-paced retail position at a management or supervisory level. They must be able to demonstrate key management skills including organisation, planning, communication and teamwork. They will also need to demonstrate a practical knowledge of furniture, lighting, interiors and home accessories.
We are looking for someone who will provide a genuinely warm welcome to every customer and exceed their expectations at all times. They should also be able to build a rapport with customers in order to maximise sales opportunities both in-store and over the telephone. In addition they will be well presented at all times and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
